Welcome To Palma Ceia Academy

Located in the heart of prestigious South Tampa, Palma Ceia Academy (PCA) has been serving the community for more than 43 Years.  Martha B. Meadows opened the child care educational center in 1978. Since the passing of Martha in 2012, her longtime and dedicated staff members Angela Clinton & Vicky Bowen have become part owners and plan on continuing the preschool for many many more years. 

We pride ourselves in providing outstanding childcare services, including preschool, afterschool care, summer programs, and Florida’s VPK program. We offer educational classes for children ranging from 12 months old through transitional 5's.   We continue to care for school age children through age nine.







We have been recognized as one of the most outstanding VPK providers in the county.  We look forward to providing you and your child with a unique experience, stimulating activities, and essential social interaction.

Our People

  • Martha MeadowsFounder
    Martha B. Meadows, affectionately known as Ms. "B", was the founder of Palma Ceia Academy.  She passed away in December of 2012.  The Preschool was her passion since she opened the doors in 1978.  Ms. "B" has been in the business long enough to understand the changing dynamics of the preschool industry.  She also has had the privilege of having many of her former students enroll their own children in the preschool.  This speaks to the tremendous trust and respect the parents have for this institution.

    Angela Clinton Administrator
    Ms. Angi has been with Palma Ceia since 1983.  She has the passion and skill that makes her an excellent administrator and asset to PCA.  She is a very capable and works with our teachers, students and parents to keep the school running like a well oiled machine.  You can reach her at MsAngi@PalmaCeiaAcademy.com
