We are South Tampa's Premier Child Care Educational Center. 

Located in the heart of prestigious South Tampa, Palma Ceia Academy (PCA) has been serving the community for more than 36 Years.  Martha B. Meadows opened the child care educational center in 1978. 



We pride ourselves in providing outstanding childcare services, including preschool, afterschool care, summer programs, and Florida’s VPK program. We offer educational classes for children ranging from 12 months old through transitional 5's.   We continue to care for school age children through age nine.

    Our VPK program is provided at no cost during the standard VPK hours. (8:30-11:30).  We offer several supplemented schedules as well.
